1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Recruitcha, Inc.'s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1.1 Consent to Communications

By providing your contact information (including your phone number) and using our services, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our representatives. These communications may include, but are not limited to, emails, voice calls, SMS text messages, and iMessages related to your account, job opportunities, application status, interviews, platform updates, and other relevant information. You understand that message and data rates may apply for SMS and iMessage communications depending on your mobile carrier plan. You acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy for further details on how we use your information and your options for managing communication preferences, including how to opt-out of certain communications.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Recruitcha, Inc.'s services for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:

  • Modifying or copying our materials
  • Using materials for commercial purposes
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer our software
  • Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Recruitcha, Inc., you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Not use our services for any illegal purposes
  • Not interfere with the proper working of our platform

4. Service Modifications

Recruitcha, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Recruitcha, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.

8. Candidate Interview Incentive Program

We may, from time to time, offer an incentive program for candidates who interview with our clients. The current program details are outlined below:

Offer

Receive a $50 USD payment or equivalent gift card when you are selected for and complete a first-round interview with one of our clients.

Eligibility

  • Candidate must register through Recruitcha, Inc.'s platform or designated intake process.
  • Candidate must be selected for and successfully complete a scheduled first-round interview with the client. Participation must be confirmed.
  • The incentive applies only to candidates who have not previously interviewed with the specific client through Recruitcha, Inc. for the same or a similar role.
  • A maximum of one incentive payment will be issued to the candidate.

Payout Method

  • Payment will be made via digital gift card, Venmo, PayPal, or direct bank transfer, based on Recruitcha, Inc.'s discretion and available options.
  • Payment will typically be processed within 3-7 business days following confirmation that the first-round interview was completed.

Disclaimer

This incentive program is a promotional offer and is contingent upon our confirmation of your participation in the qualifying interview. Recruitcha, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding eligibility and payout are at the sole discretion of Recruitcha, Inc.
